Southern Dakota senators pass bill to conduct medication tests on lawmakers
A bill that could need lawmakers in Southern Dakota to undergo a regularly Drug test has been passed by the continuing state Senate a couple of weeks ago. The South Dakota Senate Judiciary Committee voted 4-3 and only House Bill 1133.
